MAGA Mall President Ronald Solomon donates 200 “Husted for Senate” caps to the Summit County Republican Party and the Jon Husted for Senate campaign at the Summit Country Republican Party Lincoln Day Luncheon held at the Quaker Square Ballroom in Akron, Ohio.

Notable attendees were Ohio U.S. Senator Jon Husted, Ohio Treasurer Robert Sprague, Ohio Supreme Court Justice Daniel Hawkins, Ohio Representatives Jack Daniels and Steve Demetriou, Summit County Republican Party Chairman Bryan Williams and Executive Director Claire Jimmerson, Cleveland Browns Football Great Bob Golic, and Ohio Young Republicans Chairman Cody Pettit.

The luncheon started off with a VIP reception where guests hobnobbed with politicians and local celebrities and had their pictures taken with Senator Husted, while sampling hors d'oeuvres and being entertained by Abraham Lincoln impersonator John King.

Guests were treated to fabulous luncheon of short ribs, fine wines and a sumptuous dessert. Alysa Higgins began the luncheon with her beautiful rendition of the National Anthem.

Chairman Williams welcomed all the attendees, thanked them for their generosity and reminded everyone how key Ohio was in the upcoming election as Ohio is a battle ground state with both the governorship and one of its U.S. senate seats on the ballot.

When Senator Husted took the podium, he had some fun throwing out the “Husted for Senate” caps to attendees.

He then recalled how Ohio had fallen into very hard times under Democrat control in the 1980s and 1990s with businesses closing and leaving the state in massive numbers, destroying families, leaving Ohioans without jobs and in despair, and that commonsense policies later enacted by Republicans, the lowering of taxes and eliminating regulations, brought businesses and jobs back to the Buckeye State, and that it was very important to keep that momentum going and elect him and other Republicans this fall.

The luncheon closed with vocalist Tina Ludwig giving her stirring rendition of “The Battle Hymn of the Republic.” Everyone had a great time.

Every election cycle, at fundraising events all across America, MAGA Mall executives Ronald Solomon and Tricia Weldon donate over 100,000 caps to MAGA candidates and conservative causes.
